Cumulative Effects and the Cumulative Effects Assessment Framework
The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has developed a draft Cumulative Effects Assessment Framework for the Highway 413 Project. The Cumulative Effects Assessment is being carried out as part of the provincial Environmental Assessment (EA) process.
Two e-learning modules on this page provide an overview of important Cumulative Effects terminology, how to ask questions, and an outline of the draft Cumulative Effects Assessment Framework. To ensure you have the best understanding of the terms and concepts, it is recommended that you watch Module 1 first.
A copy of the draft Cumulative Effects Assessment Framework is available for review below. Once you have completed the two e-learning modules, we encourage you to read the draft Framework.
